Bear GmbH (BEst Amusement Rides) is a Swiss ride manufacturer based in Scheibenstrasse who primarily supplied water rides and flat rides to a worldwide market.
When the company became liquidated in 2009, the assets and rights to the ride designs were took on by ABC Rides Switzerland and Ride Engineers Switzerland. The founder of Ride Engineers Switzerland, Willy, has built and developed these water rides for BEAR GmbH, and Peter, the owner of Bear Rides, joined the team, ceding the rights to Ride Engineers Switzerland.
The first ride BEAR GmbH built was in Germany for Fort Fun Abenteuerland called 'Rio Grande' which is a River Rapids ride.
